Best And Less Travel Comments When You Use A Treadmill Is The Distance And Speed Accurate?

When you use a treadmill is the distance and speed accurate? - best and less travel comments

I am using a training tape for long-distance races. How accurate is the price per kilometer and distance, as shown on the tape. Does your approach, which is the actual distance and speed of it? I use quality treadmills in the gym, but my Nike Plus sensor shows very much slower for me, and therefore less well-traveled. Appreciate any comments from the runners or very knowledgeble with ribbons.

Use 1% slope and the actual execution time and the distance is much closer, if you run a trace.

I think this is correct, but the X factor is that it is normal that the resistance of the earth could. I run 3 miles per day on a treadmill and my time is 1-2 minutes less tired for the same distance as practical.

No! slowwer run with treadmils, and may not change the pace you would if you were running on the street.
